Wordless Wednesday From Grand Lake, CO

It's the end of summer  ~ we've "hit the wall."  Tired, unmotivated, worn out, irrational, emotional, can't complete a sentence without a curse word, can't finish the day without a special beverage.....signs you need a vacation.  Sunday night it was time to admit it.  Monday morning we were on our way to Grand Lake, Colorado!   SIGH....

They have almost 200 alpaca. A native there told us they love company you can just drive in and they will let you visit the animals. Also there is a nice farmers market in Granby on Fridays from 3-6 pm. Fabulous homemade breads and muffins and lots more. Love you guys!!

  5. AH! You went back! That spot where I met you last year? Well, I heard a local say they have never gone there and NOT seen a moose. So you know where you can count on finding a few. I expect to see pics! Tell your boys the Moose Lady says, "Hi," and "have a blast!"

    1. We just got back from a long hike at Adam's Falls. No moose sightings :(...and we even went "off road." But, we're going back to fly fish tomorrow, so hopefully we'll see some then!
